These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and wdtoto. By registering an account or using any part of the wdtoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
All wdtoto services are strictly reserved for persons aged 21 years and above. Age is verified via CNIC documentation. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 are permanently closed and any balance held is handled per the underage account policy in Section 3.
Each player may hold exactly one wdtoto account at any time. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names or contact details by the same individual — are a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
All promotional bonuses issued by wdtoto are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. See Section 8 for the complete bonus policy.
Identity verification via CNIC is required before the first withdrawal from any wdtoto account. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. PKR withdrawal amounts below PKR 500 are not processed for standard accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wdtoto login credentials. wdtoto is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account details. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software or bots, exploitation of technical errors, money laundering, and any other activity deemed by wdtoto to constitute abuse of the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the document including all referenced policies and supplementary materials incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the wdtoto Platform in any capacity whatsoever, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with wdtoto's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the wdtoto Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version in full.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wdtoto. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. wdtoto accepts no responsibility for Players who use the Platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by local law — compliance with local law is the Player's sole responsibility.
wdtoto services are strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
wdtoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a clear photographic copy of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by wdtoto support may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal holds until verification is completed.
Each individual may hold only one registered wdtoto account at any time. If wdtoto identifies that a Player operates, or has operated, more than one account simultaneously — whether under the same or different personal details — wdtoto reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and withdrawals, and retain any bonus-derived winnings.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Registration using false or third-party details, including a name or CNIC number that does not belong to you, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.
If wdtoto determines, at any point, that an account is held by or was registered by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be refunded to the original payment source minus any losses incurred through gaming activity on the Platform, in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your wdtoto account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and communications sent via your account dashboard. wdtoto treats all activity conducted after successful authentication as authorised by the account holder.
4.2 You must not share your wdtoto login credentials — username, password, or two-factor authentication codes — with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately contact wdtoto support via live chat to request a temporary account lock and password reset.
4.3 wdtoto does not permit the transfer of account balances between Players, nor the purchase, sale, or assignment of wdtoto accounts. Any such transfer, whether for consideration or otherwise, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.4 wdtoto reserves the right to place a temporary hold on account withdrawals if unusual activity is detected, pending investigation. Players will be notified via their registered contact details and will have an opportunity to submit clarifying information within the timeframe specified in the notification.
5.1 All deposits on the wdtoto Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wdtoto does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount for standard accounts is PKR 200.
5.2 wdtoto accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits reflect in your account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may require up to two business days to clear depending on the transferring institution's processing schedule.
5.3 All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must correspond to the identity information held on your wdtoto account. Deposits made from payment instruments belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may be reversed or treated as bonus funds subject to additional wagering requirements.
5.4 wdtoto reserves the right to refuse any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, including where wdtoto has reasonable grounds to suspect the source of the funds or where the transaction triggers internal fraud prevention protocols. No interest is payable on deposited funds held in your wdtoto account balance.
5.5 Deposited funds that have not been used in gaming activity within 12 consecutive months of the last transaction may be subject to the dormant account policy described in Section 13.3 of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawals from wdtoto are available to verified account holders only. Identity verification via CNIC is mandatory before the first withdrawal request is processed. Subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless wdtoto's security systems flag the transaction for review.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount for standard accounts is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain in the account balance until the minimum threshold is met through additional winnings or deposits.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. wdtoto does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
6.4 wdtoto reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests that exceed internal risk thresholds, or where the account's betting or gaming pattern is inconsistent with normal recreational use. Players will be notified of any such hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
6.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 8 and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are completed will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
7.1 Each game type available on the wdtoto Platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules as displayed within the game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall take precedence for the purposes of resolving that specific dispute.
7.2 All wdtoto casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical randomisation methods. wdtoto does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the statistical long-run return for a game and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, wdtoto reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's account. wdtoto's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Sports betting markets — including all cricket, PSL, football, table tennis, and UFC markets — are subject to the settlement rules published within the sportsbook section of the wdtoto Platform. wdtoto reserves the right to void or suspend markets where the integrity of an event is in doubt or where information available to wdtoto suggests the event has been subject to manipulation.
7.5 wdtoto does not accept liability for bets placed on incorrect odds where the error was clear and obvious. Bets placed on manifestly erroneous odds — including odds resulting from data feed errors or technical malfunctions — may be voided at wdtoto's discretion, and the stake returned to the Player's account.
8.1 wdtoto issues promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentives at its sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games list, minimum deposit requirement, maximum bet size during wagering, and expiry date. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and override the general provisions of this section where they conflict.
8.2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as Real Money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus must generate PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Wagers that do not contribute to the wagering requirement are specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.3 During active bonus wagering, the maximum bet or stake per round or selection is generally limited to PKR 500 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus wagering period may be voided and the associated winnings forfeited at wdtoto's discretion.
8.4 Bonuses are issued for entertainment purposes only. wdtoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or refuse the issue of any bonus to any Player where wdtoto reasonably believes the Player is exploiting the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended recreational purpose.
8.5 A Player may only claim each specific wdtoto promotion once, unless the promotion's own terms explicitly permit repeat claims. Attempting to claim a one-time promotion multiple times via the same or different accounts constitutes abuse and may result in all associated bonuses being voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wdtoto Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the wdtoto Platform — including but not limited to the wdtoto brand name, logo, game content, graphics, text, software, database structures, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of wdtoto or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wdtoto Platform solely for their own personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any wdtoto content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of wdtoto's intellectual property — including the use of the wdtoto name, logo, or game assets in any external publication, website, social media content, or commercial communication — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
11.1 wdtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 wdtoto is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect or consequential losses, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, even if wdtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 The wdtoto Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wdtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.
11.4 wdtoto is not responsible for any telecommunications network failures, internet outages, or device malfunctions that occur on the Player's side and that cause a game session, bet, or deposit transaction to be interrupted or fail to complete as intended.
12.1 wdtoto is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides every registered account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools, which take effect immediately upon activation via the account settings menu:
12.2 If you believe that your gaming activity is causing harm to your financial wellbeing, relationships, or mental health, wdtoto strongly encourages you to make immediate use of the self-exclusion tools described above and to contact wdtoto's 24/7 support team for guidance. Our support agents have the authority to activate any responsible gaming restriction immediately upon request, at no cost to the Player.
12.3 During any active self-exclusion period, wdtoto will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from accessing gaming services on the Platform. Any attempt by a self-excluded Player to circumvent an exclusion — including by creating a new account — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If an excluded Player succeeds in registering a new account and suffers losses during the exclusion period, wdtoto's liability for those losses is limited as described in Section 11.
A Player may request the permanent closure of their wdtoto account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. All outstanding bets will be settled normally, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
wdtoto reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) wdtoto is required to do so by applicable law or a relevant authority; (c) wdtoto determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform's integrity or security; or (d) the Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 9. In cases of involuntary closure due to breach, wdtoto reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login or financial transaction activity. wdtoto will notify the registered account holder via email prior to applying dormancy status. A monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive Real Money Balance. Fee deductions cease once the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing an identity re-verification step.
14.1 wdtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory direction, in which case the update takes effect upon publication.
14.2 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute or claim shall govern that dispute or claim. The date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document and in the last-reviewed notification bar below the navigation menu.
14.3 If a Player does not accept any amendment to the Terms, they must cease using the Platform and close their account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law and the terms of wdtoto's operational compliance framework. The parties agree that English is the sole governing language of this agreement.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and wdtoto arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through wdtoto's internal dispute resolution process. Players should submit a formal complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and include their registered account identifier, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
15.3 wdtoto will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to reach a final decision within 28 calendar days of receiving all relevant information from both parties. wdtoto's dispute resolution decision is provided in writing and constitutes wdtoto's final position on the matter unless the Player escalates to an independent dispute resolution process where one is available.
